Premium Clock

The Premium Clock application will help you change the way your desktop looks by doing three things: it changes your desktop wallpaper, it displays a customizable analog clock, and it displays a customizable digital clock. You can drag and drop these clocks anywhere you want on the screen. If you want just the analog clock and not the digital clock, nor do you want to change your wallpaper, you can have that.

The Premium Clock installation file is 10.8Mb in size. After you download said file, run it and a simple setup wizard will help you get Premium Clock up and running. Going through the setup wizard is nothing more complicated than accepting the license agreement, selecting the installation directory, and hitting Install. Once the process completes, you will be asked to launch Premium Clock.

The default skin Premium Clock uses is the Light Office one. This means that when you launch the application, your wallpaper will be changed to the image of an office and you will be presented with a white analog clock. The application will also display a digital clock – the default skin for this clock is Red Digital. You can take these two clocks and place them anywhere you want on the screen. If you right click on the Premium Clock system tray icon, you can also get a Calendar to show up.

When you change the skin of the analog clock, you will also change the desktop wallpaper. To change the skin you need, only right click the analog clock, go to Choose Skin, then pick one of the many available skins. If you’re feeling patriotic, you could pick the War Paint skin – the wallpaper displays the US flag and the Statue of Liberty and the analog clock displays a bald eagle.

Let’s assume you don’t want to change your wallpaper, you just want to change the look of the clock. Uncheck the Show Wallpaper option and Premium Clock will no longer change your desktop background.

There are skins to choose from for the digital clock as well. To access them, you need to right click on the clock's interface and go to Choose Skin. The selection is not as big as with the analog clock.

Let’s assume you don’t even want to see the digital clock, that you only want the analog one. You can get the digital clock to hide out of sight by selecting Hide after right clicking on the digital clock. You can bring the clock out of hiding from the Premium Clock system tray icon.

Premium Clock is only free to try. You have 10 days at your disposal to use the application for free.
